Return & Refund Policy

At KYLA Essence, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have established the following return and refund policy.

Returns

All Sales Are Final: All purchases made on our platform are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, or store credit. Please note that shipping and taxes are not included in the store credit. 

Returned to Sender

In the event that your package was unclaimed, returned for insufficient address, there is a $5 fee for us to repackage and send the products back to you. Please contact us via e-mail, contact.kylaessence@gmail.com, or Instagram.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
